Very friendly and reliable customer service. I recently purchased a car and service and professionalism was above average.

I had a very positive experience with the owner of the garage. We had a few emails exchanged before I came to to view the car. I asked for extra pictures which were diligently taken. I was then picked up from the train station which was a nice touch. The thing I really like was that I was able to test drive the car on a decent run by myself. No pressure whatsoever to buy. They can sense a genuine buyer and shall treat you accordingly. I would also like to specifically mention the car valet guy they have on site. His attention to detail is off the scale. The car was utterly spotless - not the usual spray on dashboard shine. I was able to browse through the cars paperwork and history before doing a deal. After experiencing the tactics of the main dealerships it was refreshing to undertake some straight forward negotiations. I got to know the owner doing our exchanges and nice trust was built up. The other salesman was a genuine guy too. I'm very happy with my purchase & aftersales

Great car garage didn’t hassle or push for a sale just left me to have a look. Ended up getting myself a nice Mercedes E class from them and it’s absolutely stunning couldn’t be happier. Everything’s was dealt to a high standard start to finish. Really friendly staff couldn’t recommend a better garage.

Nov 2017. Very pleasant salesman. No hassle while looking round cars, but he was available when we were ready to see inside the car we later purchased. Quick response to email and phone queries too. This is the second car I have bought in less than a year from them, great service always there to help. My first car had a problem with passengers window a common fault with Audi TT could not be more helpful even though not in warranty they got it temporarily repaired and when I got the bit needed fixed for free.
